Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@palmbeachrvsupply.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Restocking Fee
Returns due to customer error — wrong size, color, or model ordered — may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. This fee will be communicated to you before the return is processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage or issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not dispose of any damaged packaging or product until your claim is resolved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been installed or used
- Air conditioners and climate control units not in original packaging
- Special order or custom items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Air Conditioners
Air conditioners must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Returns of air conditioners without original packaging will not be accepted.
Warranty
Many products carry manufacturer warranties. If your item experiences a defect outside the 30-day return window, we will assist you in connecting with the manufacturer for warranty support.
