How We Ship

At Palm Beach RV Supply, most products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or our fulfillment partners straight to your door. This means faster delivery, less handling, and your order going directly from the source to you without unnecessary stops in between.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or international addresses at this time.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Some larger or specialty items may require additional processing time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery windows.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Free shipping may be available on select products and is noted on individual product pages where applicable.

Oversized & Freight Items

Some larger items such as furniture, mattresses, and certain appliances may ship via freight carrier. If your order requires freight shipping you will be contacted prior to shipment to arrange a delivery appointment. Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged. Please inspect all freight shipments carefully before signing — note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at info@palmbeachrvsupply.com.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@palmbeachrvsupply.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Do not dispose of the original packaging as it may be required for a damage claim. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and any secure locations around your property. If the package cannot be located contact us within 5 business days and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you need to correct an address please contact us immediately at info@palmbeachrvsupply.com — once an order has been dispatched address changes may not be possible.
